Order of operations. Proposal on the call or within the hour after it — same-day is the single biggest lever on close rate. Contract the moment they say yes.
Before sending. Search the file for {{ and for the previous client's name. Both should return nothing.
Printing. Cmd/Ctrl + P → margins None → background graphics on → Save as PDF. Send the PDF, never the HTML.
